Terms of Service

By accessing or using VeriSweep during the closed beta, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

VeriSweep is intended for authorized business use by owners, operators, and team members of commercial cleaning companies. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to enter and use company information in the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. Notify VeriSweep through the beta support channel if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may use VeriSweep to enter recurring cleaning contract expectations, monthly actual labor and cost data, import CSV actuals, view profitability calculations, and receive weekly profitability reports for your own company or a company you are authorized to manage.

• Do not attempt to access another company account or data without authorization.
• Do not interfere with, probe, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload malicious files or content.
• Do not use VeriSweep to violate laws, contracts, or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or security controls.

You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of the company, contract, client, labor, cost, and CSV data you provide. VeriSweep uses that data to operate the product and generate calculations and reports.

VeriSweep calculations are informational and depend on the data entered by users. They are designed to help identify contracts that may need attention, but they are not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, financial, or business advice.

VeriSweep is currently being offered as a closed beta. Current closed beta access does not itself create a paid subscription, and VeriSweep is not currently charging cards or automatically renewing subscriptions through the application. The planned price after the closed beta is $19/month. Paid pricing and billing terms may be introduced separately before paid service begins.

During the closed beta, features may change, break, or be unavailable. VeriSweep may modify, pause, or discontinue beta access as needed to operate, improve, or protect the service.

VeriSweep and its software, design, branding, and product experience are owned by VeriSweep or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of VeriSweep intellectual property to users.

VeriSweep relies on third-party service providers for hosting, database, email delivery, authentication-related infrastructure, and scheduled background processing. Their services may be subject to their own terms and operational practices.

VeriSweep is provided on an as-is and as-available basis during the closed beta. To the extent permitted by law, VeriSweep disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, VeriSweep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the beta service.

VeriSweep may suspend or terminate access if an account appears to violate these terms, create security or operational risk, or misuse the service.

VeriSweep may update these Terms of Service as the service changes. The updated page will show the latest revision date.
